Night To Remember For Millwall’s O’Brien

Millwall Apprentice Aiden O’Brien made his debut on Tuesday night as a substitute in the club’s Carling Cup tie at Wolves.

The 2nd Year Apprentice entered the field with the Lions already 3-0 behind and could not help out his side improve that scoreline as they fell to a 5-0 loss.

O’Brien, a Republic of Ireland U18 international, who hails from Hornsey in North London was not alone in the travelling Lions squad as he was accompanied by fellow youth team striker Tobi Alabi who remained on last night’s substitute bench.

ASE graduate John Marquis, who completed his Apprenticeship in the summer of 2010, led the line for Kenny Jackett’s side last night making it eighteen appearances in which he has scored five goals since being promoted to the first team.
