Adeyemi Signs New Deal

Norwich City midfielder Tom Adeyemi has signed a new contract with the League One Champions, which has commits his future at Carrow Road until at least 2012.

The 18 year old, who picked up the League One Championship Manager Apprentice of the Year award in March has made 17 appearances for the Club this season after breaking into the first-team squad during pre-season.

Adeyemi, who has been with the Club since the age of eight made his league debut for the Canaries in the opening-day loss at home to Colchester United and has since proved a reliable performer when called upon.

The youngster was also part of a delegation of Football League Apprentices (that included team-mate Korey Smith) who met with Prime Minister Gordon Brown earlier this season to celebrate the success of the Apprenticeship programme in football.
