Bury have signed Blackpool defender Ashley Eastham on a six-month loan.
The 20-year-old came through the Seasiders Apprenticeship programme in the summer of 2009.
He has made just three appearances for the Tangerines, which include a sending off in last week’s Carling Cup defeat against Sheffield Wednesday.
Shakers manager Richie Barker was keen to bring a defender to Gigg Lane with new signing Mark Hughes currently ruled out through injury.
Eastham has previously spent time on loan at Hyde Utd, Cheltenham Town and Carlisle Utd. He signed a new one-year contract at Blackpool this summer.
