League Football Education (LFE) is set to host its third Alumni Player Voice forum next month and they are welcoming ex-apprentices to share their experiences.
After successfully launching the player-centred initiative in June 2021, LFE has hosted two online forums with over 11 ex-apprentices sharing feedback on an array of topics, from the evolvement of player care provisions to the challenges they faced during their apprenticeship.
The forum exists to facilitate a safe and confidential space for past apprentices to talk about experiences, best practice, and areas for development regarding the transition support provided by clubs and wider organisations.
As LFE look to further develop the Alumni Player Voice, they are encouraging more apprentices to join them in their drive to help improve in all areas.
If you are an ex-apprentice and would like to share your experiences in the next online forum, please contact Projects Officer Kelly Butterworth ([email protected]) or LFE Communications ([email protected]).
