MIS Administrator (Community Trust Study Programme)

League Football Education (LFE) was established in 2004 by The English Football League (EFL) and The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) to deliver the Sporting Excellence Apprenticeship to the 16 to 18 year old apprentice footballers at EFL clubs. We also deliver a full-time 16-19 Study Programme to the various Club Community Organisations (CCOs), who complete sport related qualifications in order to progress to University or full-time employment.
We are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to deliver the above programmes and as part of this contract, have a number of robust systems and teams in place.
Due to recent organisation growth, LFE is now looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their Management Information Systems Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key MIS processes and supporting the daily requirements of internal staff and various stakeholders within the Community Trust Study Programme.
Applicants must have excellent IT and communication skills, be well organised and able to work towards deadlines. Experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel is essential and experience of working with databases and online MIS related tools (e.g e-portfolio systems) is desirable, however full training will be provided.
The role is full-time, 37½ hours per week, hybrid based (on a weekly basis you will work both from home and at LFE’s Office based in Central Preston, Lancashire).
