Community Trust Study Programme (CTSP) Manager
Full time, home-based Northwest England (travel to Head Office and other locations as required)

League Football Education (LFE) was established in 2004 by The English Football League (EFL) and The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) to deliver the Sporting Excellence Apprenticeship to the 16-18 year old apprentice footballers at EFL clubs and a full-time 16-19 Study Programme to the various Club Community Trusts (CCTs), who complete sport related qualifications in order to progress to university or full-time employment.
LFE is looking for an enthusiastic CTSP Manager, who will be responsible for managing, co-ordinating, supporting and monitoring the 16-19 Study Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of CTSP Regional staff to help ensure each learner has a high-quality learning experience, which meets the contractual requirements of the funding agencies together with meeting the expectations of LFE.
The role is full time and home-based including regular attendance to the Head Office at Preston. The role also involves travelling (including overnight stays) to Club Community Trusts (CCTs) throughout England and stakeholder conferences, as required. This role requires Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Checks and is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974).
