LFE Transition Survey

Each year, the LFE Transition Survey (formerly known as the Exit Survey) is conducted in order to capture information related to Transition from Apprentices ahead of their completion of the Apprenticeship programme.

The aim of this survey is to capture the intentions and interests of second-year apprentices during their final review period.

Information collected within the Transition Survey will disclose key details for LFE’s Customer Relationship Management System (i.e. updated contact details) which will aid the effectiveness of the Tracking and Monitoring programme.

Meanwhile, interest trends will also affect the future planning of the Transition strategy, as well as potential future partnerships that will feature on the Career Opportunities page.
