Friday’s session was the hardest of the week, a morning and afternoon session with an evening session at 7pm till 8pm. The evening session involved us doing 9 ‘suicides’, this is where you run from the touch-line to the 6 yard line and back, then to the penalty spot and back, then to the 18 yard box and back, then to the half way line and back in under 35 seconds. If someone doesn’t make it you do it again which is annoying when you have the goalkeepers running with you, as they are not as fast as the rest of us!
