This is the day of rest. We didn’t train but had to get up at 7 in the morning to watch Arsenal v Fulham. Did the washing and cleaned the room then just chilled out the rest of the day. It’s been a very good first week. Training in the heat is the most difficult part but once you get used to that it’s fine. I don’t half miss a Sunday roast and good cup of tea though!!
