Today I took a day off from seeing any specialist or surgeon of any kind! It was back to the gym and Total Fitness for me. Ed decided that it was best for me to have a swimming session for my fitness, and also an upper-body weights circuit to build and maintain some strength.
Ed has arranged for me to see another specialist tomorrow at the hospital where I will have an ultrasound scan so I’ve got that to look forward to tomorrow! All these trips to see specialists is very frustrating as all I want to do now is get to the root cause of the problem and start full time training again but I accept that they’re necessary as the last thing I want is to break down in training on my return.
