Monday morning and everyone was understandably down about the result on Saturday. However we had to pick ourselves up and get on with it. We started the morning with the usual weights session. The weights are starting to go up now that we have all got a good technique. After the weights we went outside for some 9 v 9 matches. My team won 4-3 in what was a match played at a high standard. It’s great that we can just go out and play football on Mondays and get the weekend out of your system. After the footie we went inside for the weekly Pilates session. Once again I was coaching at night so I hung around the training ground until the youngsters arrived. They all did very well particularly some of the younger age group who appear to be very talented.
