LFE’s Rob Hezel addressed WBL, FE and other Training Providers last week at Aston University and at Warwick University as part of the Data in the Wider FE and Training Sector Conference 2009.
With the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) keen to see providers move to paperless records, Hezel was delighted to accept the two presentational brief’s from the LSC who are keen to champion LFE’s model as a exemplar of excellence.
In his sessions Hezel offered delegates an insight into LFE’s strategic motives behind the implementation of new technologies and the relationship between them and business needs before presenting examples of the benefits that new technologies have provided LFE with.
Hezel highlighted the cost effectiveness of reduced paper, postage, paper loss, audit problems, administration time etc before commenting upon benefits around Apprentice engagement and Apprentice Reviews.
