The Fitness Group health and fitness education courses start at entry level and our most popular pathways will equip you to start a new career or business as a Personal Trainer or Sports Massage Therapist.
Working with footballers and athletes to gain their accredited qualifications alongside their career in sport with our flexible study option and in a full-time learning model. The qualifications can be used as a secondary career alongside sport, a transition career or to grow your knowledge in key areas such as nutrition and your own physical fitness training.
The Fitness Group, we have our roots in the game, with one of our 2 founding directors having played professionally for the last 20 years and is now supporting the development and development of players as an assistant manager.
Eligibility
To be eligible to utilise this opportunity you must:
- Be an Apprentice at a Premier League, English Football League or Football Conference Club undergoing the LFE Apprenticeship programme (ASE or SEP) and supported by The Premier League or League Football Education
- Be a LFE Community Trust Study Programme Learner
- Be considered to have made sufficient attempts to complete the academic work during your apprenticeship
- Be a member of The PFA
