Congratulations go to Lee Hodson of Watford as November 2009 Apprentice of the Month.
After impressing in the Youth and Reserve teams, Lee has risen through the ranks to the first team squad and made his senior debut on the final day of the 2008-09 season against Derby County.
He has quickly established himself as a first team regular and made 18 appearances this season and last, however his hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Lee has been awarded a professional contract with the Hornets and is highly regarded by staff at the Club.
The talented defender is also a member of Northern Ireland’s U21 squad and was included in the European Championship qualifiers against Germany and the Czech Republic.
Furthermore Lee has managed to stay on target to complete all aspects of the Apprenticeship, proving his commitment to the programme often going to college in his spare time.
