Congratulations go to Kieran Djilali of Crystal Palace as the September 2008 Apprentice of the Month.
The 17 year old midfielder made his first team debut in the second round of the Carling Cup against Hereford United and has since gone on to make five further appearances for the Eagles this term.
Kieran joined Palace as a schoolboy at 14 years old and has risen through the youth ranks to secure his place in the first team this season.
As well as his success on the pitch, Kieran is on his way to completing his framework, having demonstrated an excellent attitude to the education throughout his Apprenticeship. He has consistently shown commitment and an excellent attitude towards all elements of the programme.
