A number of things have happened since I last wrote. The Christmas break and other things interrupted my routine but since my last post the first team have managed to get themselves in and out of the relegation zone. I was also involved with the Reserves for the first time at home against Accrington Stanley.

As well as this, I had a run in with a certain Zoltan Gera during the pre-Christmas victory against West Brom for apparently time wasting whilst retrieving a ball. This was result of our new roles during match days. There is now a multi-ball system in place a Deepdale in home league fixtures. My seat is right in front of the away fans which gets interesting from time to time!

However, it was Monday morning and as usual we had weights. Geoff nearly killed us, after doing some technical stuff we went onto the heavy weights. My arms were nearly dropping off afterwards! We went outside to do some small sided games after this although we were all still sore from the weights. It was the first time in a while we had been on grass due to the amount of rain that has come down over the winter months. After the games we were back inside and showered then back to the digs.
