Banks Bounces Back At Chesterfield

Ollie Banks has signed a two-year deal with Chesterfield after they agreed a deal to sign him from FC United of Manchester.

Midfielder Banks was released by Rotherham United in 2012 after scoring one goal for the club in a 13 minute long solitary substitute appearance for the Millers.

The 20-year-old who has been playing non-league football, said: “I can’t tell you how happy I am after two years out of the professional game. It’s a very exciting time to be joining the club.”
