Match: Stoke City vs Middlesbrough
Today the lads had a game against Middlesbrough. I did some running at a better pace beforehand as my ankle has felt better and stronger every day. We beat Middlesbrough with a convincing 3-0 score line and it was a good performance from a young and relatively inexperienced team. Tucker and Jimmy were both on the score sheet with Tucker bagging a neat left-footed volley from around 15 yards. In the dying minutes Jimmy was awarded a penalty for his neat footwork, and he netted a clean strike into the bottom corner from all of 25 yards.
