Everybody was very sore after the intense session the day before so the coach gave us the morning off and we trained in the afternoon. It was still a hard session though, playing a game where one team crosses the ball, one team defended and one attacked then the winners stayed on. Warm-ups are fun over here, its not the usual jogging and stretching, we usually play games like handball, dodge ball and walking football. Its much more fun than the usual warm ups.
