With no improvement from the rest over the weekend I spent another day in the company of Ed the physio. As swimming caused no pain or discomfort I was taken for a swimming session at the pool in the Total Fitness facilities. Again, I was pushed to my limits and I was more than happy when I was told we were finished for the morning. At this rate I’ll be a contender in the 200m breast-stroke by London 2012! In the afternoon I received yet more treatment and was then told to do some more core stability ‘work’.
