After the session yesterday my body was in pieces and felt drained, I had the strength of a feather this morning so I was told to take today easy and take a break from the weight aspect of my conditioning programme. Probably a good idea that I did because later on in the day I had my driving test (after failing twice previous I wasn’t feeling to confident). But happy to say it was third time lucky and I passed!! Oh the relief and I can rest easy about what to tell the lads now!
