The first day of pre-season started with a medical and screening by the physio and doctors. Then we went through the rules and stuff around college and dorms. In the afternoon we did the Cooper Run, 8 laps of the track in 12 minutes. Six of us made it including me and in the evening we had a 60 minute 11 aside game on the practice pitch. A hard and very tiring first day, running at altitude is difficult and the heat is pretty different to England.
Day 4 – 12 MINUTE RUN
