Second day started with a technical session in the morning 9am – 11am, then a small-sided game session after dinner 2pm – 4pm. All the other lads who didn’t complete the Cooper test had to do a 6-mile run in the evening while the five that did complete it went for a meal and got an early night ahead of tomorrows training. The activities that we do in training are pretty similar to training at English clubs, like circles and SAQ training, and shooting and passing in technical practice.
