Dunkley Moves to Kidderminster

Kidderminster Harriers have snapped up Cheyenne Dunkley from Hednesford Town on a two-year deal.

Central Defender Dunkley was the winner of LFE’s Mike Johnson Award in 2010 after he came through an Apprenticeship at Crewe Alexandra.

He was not offered a professional deal at Gresty Road and elected to join Hednesford permanently in the summer of 2010 following a series of short loan spells at Keys Park.

The 20-year-old featured 42 times last season for the Evo-Stik Premier Division side, as he earned a place in the divisional ‘Team of the Year’.

A compensation fee for Dunkley is yet to be agreed between the two clubs.
