As part of the partnership between FirstPoint USA and League Football Education, we are offering the opportunity for talented young footballers to secure one of the last remaining places at our forthcoming USA Soccer Showcase event, which will be held at the world-renowned facilities of St George’s Park, on Saturday 11 December. If you have aspirations of a sports scholarship in the USA, this event provides a unique chance to make the next step of that journey.
The event will consist of nearly 300 young male and female prospects, each vying to impress and attract the attention of onlooking college coaches from across the United States. Each coach who attends the event has the responsibility of recruiting players for their future soccer programmes and representing some of the best colleges and universities in the USA. FirstPoint USA is a world leader in the sports scholarship industry, and our annual USA Soccer Showcase has established itself as a must-attend event among the coaching fraternity.

The venue itself is one of the best in world football, and a fantastic stage on which to show off your skills. Home to The FA and the England National Teams, St George’s Park boasts a multitude of facilities, with access given to FirstPoint USA for the full day to run our event, for boys and girls.

Date and Venue
- Saturday 11 December
- St George’s Park, FA National Football Centre, Burton-on-Trent, DE13 9PD
- On the day, please report to the main entrance of the Sports Centre to register.
Registration
The last remaining places are still available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can sign up now by e-mailing Craig Hughes via craig.hughes@firstpointusa.com, detailing your name, preferred position, and preferred time slot (morning – from 8 am; afternoon – from 12 pm).
Once your place is confirmed, you will also be required to register with FirstPoint USA so you can create your FREE profile within our digital platform.
Cost
There is a nominal surcharge for participating in the Showcase of £30 per player. This will cover any player insurance and medical support as well as a team kit for the day and the opportunity to win a pair of football boots. Payment must be made before the event for your place at the Showcase can be confirmed.
What To Wear
All participants must be dressed in proper soccer attire and bring with them all items that would be required for a training session or game, including black shorts and socks. Team tops will be provided. No football boots will be provided. We highly encourage participants to bring water and other snacks to keep them hydrated and energized throughout the session. Changing and showering facilities will be provided.
Parent / Guardian Attendance
Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19 restrictions, there will be strictly no parents or guardians allowed on-site within the facility.
