LFE is pleased to announce that Lincoln City’s Oisin Gallagher is the winner of the 2021/2022 LFE Goal of the Season competition.
The then first-year apprentice scored a fierce long-range free-kick in the Under-18s FA Youth Cup tie against Aylestone Park on November 3rd; a strike which saw him claim November’s Goal of the Month accolade, with almost half of the votes.
This time around, Gallagher claimed an impressive 6912 votes (60 %), 23% more than Sheffield Wednesday’s Bailey Cadamarteri who trailed behind.
