Job Opportunity: BTEC Tutor & Football Lead at Fleetwood Town Community Sports College

Salary – £21,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience & performance related pay.

37 Hours per week – Monday to Friday (ad-hoc weekends and evenings may be required)

Fleetwood Town Community Trust is recruiting a BTEC Tutor & Football Lead to join its expanding Sports College.

The Trust is a successful award-winning charity that is continuing to grow and dedicated to providing the best possible services to the local community. The Community Sports College is now in its seventh year of operation, with the support of the Trust and football club based at the state-of-the-art Poolfoot Farm Sports & Leisure Complex.

Fleetwood is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic, and dedicated person to work within our Community Sports College as the BTEC Tutor and Football lead. Alongside this, the role would include working with senior staff in implementing a specific girls programme, and to promote the higher education sector in partnership with the University of South Wales.

A Postgraduate Certificate in Education is required, while candidates should be computer literate with excellent administration and communication skills. Knowledge and experience of delivering BTEC in Sport is essential, along with a sport-related degree, and at least an FA Level 2 in football coaching.
