Ahead of the 2024 EFL Awards, the shortlists for the LFE Apprentice of the Season have been revealed.
Nine apprentices are among those honoured at this year’s star-studded EFL Awards ceremony, which will take place on Sunday 14th April at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
This award recognises the outstanding young professionals at EFL Clubs who have excelled both on and off the pitch during the 2023/24 season.
Sponsored by LFE, one apprentice will be chosen from each division.
EFL Championship Apprentice of the Season
- Archie Gray – Leeds United
- Freddie Issaka – Plymouth Argyle
- Nathan Lowe – Stoke City
EFL League One Apprentice of the Season
- Tom King – Cheltenham Town
- Dajaune Brown – Derby County
- Reuben Wyatt – Northampton Town
EFL League Two Apprentice of the Season
- Calum Agius – Crewe Alexandra
- Cameron Gardner – Grimsby Town
- Callum Tripp – MK Dons
Elsewhere, eight former apprentices are also in the running for other awards.

- Jodi Jones – Notts County (ex Dagenham & Redbridge apprentice)
- Elliot Lee – Wrexham (ex West Ham United apprentice)
