LFE has just received the report on its Investors in People inspection and confirmation that it has been awarded Investor in People status.
The award will assist in securing the existing LSC contract and gaining future work and it demonstrates the commitment to staff and their development.
We are delighted to have achieved the award and the positive feedback that was contained within it.
The inspector noted that:

“People enjoy working at LFE and feel part of a team”
“There is an excellent commitment to training and development of all staff, which is evaluated and effective.”
