Students have received recognition for their excellent academic progress and positive contribution at their club by making the shortlist for LFE’s Learner of the Term for September to December.

Ben Marshall – Nottingham Forest Club Community Organisation
Forest’s Ben Marshall has enjoyed a successful academic year to date which is driven by his desire to maximise his potential in every aspect of the programme. Ben’s tutor, Leanne McDonagh, said: “Ben is the most studious student you could ask for. He is always ahead of the game and asks all the right questions to ensure he reaches his potential and more. However, this isn’t the main reason Ben has been nominated. Ben was spotted by another staff member buying a hot drink for a homeless person on his way home. This shows Ben’s caring and thoughtful character which he carries with him everywhere. He is always happy to help.”
