Matt Accepts Community Coach Job Offer

Former Futsal learner Matt Neville has accepted an offer to Join Mansfield Town Community Trust following completion of the Futsal programme with them.

Matt joined Mansfield in September 2016 keen to get started on the course as football had always been part of his life. The chance to play Futsal, develop his practical skills and complete his BTEC Level 3 in Sport at the same time made it a clear choice for him.

Matt has consistently shown dedication to his studies but hasn’t always found the education side easy and the course posed a challenge. However, as a result of his hard work he has been successful in gaining a Diploma in Sport at grade Merit/Pass as well as the FA Level 1 Football and his Futsal Level 1 and 2 Award.

Following his pleasing results, Matt decided he would like to base his future career in coaching so applied for a position with Mansfield Town Community Trust as an Apprentice Community Coach and was offered the job. He will take up this position at the start of September.
