Nottingham Forest midfielder Lewis McGugan has undergone surgery on his fractured cheekbone.
The 20-year-old former Apprentice sustained the injury last week as the Reds suffered a 4-2 home reverse against Watford in the Coca-Cola Championship.
McGugan will be out for up to six weeks after the operation and will have to wear a protective mask for two months once he is given the all-clear to resume action.
