Tom Curtis Appointed By Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers have appointed Tom Curtis as the new Director of the Bristol Rovers Academy.

The 39-year-old former Chesterfield midfielder will be responsible for the Club’s youth programme from U8s – U18s.

Curtis who counts Mansfield Town, Chester City, Notts County and Portsmouth amongst his former Clubs has previously worked as the Head Coach of the Loughborough University Men’s football team.

More recently he was employed as Technical Director and Head Coach of the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association.

That role included managing Antigua’s sole professional team, Antigua Barracuda in the United Soccer Leagues Professional Division.

He replaces Ken Oram at Memorial Stadium who left the Club in the summer to take up a position at The Football League.
