On Wednesday we started mobilising my ankle through massage and working it round the full range of movement providing there was no pain apparent. I also started walking and jogging today just to get the movement back in the ankle.
Friday and it was time to start with some twisting and turning to see how my ankle reacted. This was ok but pain was still evident, however, it was nothing that would stop me from playing and getting back into training so it was time to see how I was kicking a ball. We only did some side-footed passing because Banko did not want me to strike the ball full on until it was a little bit stronger just in case it aggravated the injury.
